KEY OBSERVATIONS
For the month of May 2025, the yield on the 5-year US Treasury Note ended at 3.96%, 23 basis points higher from the previous month. The Bloomberg US High Yield Index tightened by 69 basis points to 3.15% over Treasuries. The BB Rated Corporate Credit Spread decreased by 59 basis points to 1.91%. The B Rated Corporate Credit Spread decreased by 82 basis points to 3.01%. The CCC Rated Corporate Credit Spread decreased by 104 basis points to 8.30%.
