Lisa joined CAM in 2012 as an Operations Specialist and later supported the firm’s marketing function before returning to operations. Her experience across both areas has given her a broad perspective on the firm and how its different functions work together.

Now serving as Manager of Trading Operations & Control, Lisa oversees the day-to-day operations supporting CAM’s fixed income trading business, including trade processing, reconciliations, corporate actions, and internal controls. She works closely with the investment, compliance, and technology teams to maintain effective processes, resolve operational issues, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.
