Tom joined Cincinnati Asset Management in 2014 and has taken on increasing responsibilities across compliance, operations, and performance. As Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the Firm’s compliance program and operational functions. During his 12 years with CAM, Tom has developed extensive hands-on experience with SEC compliance, GIPS, regulatory examination, annual compliance reviews, and the development and implementation of the Firm’s policies and procedures. Prior to joining CAM, he advised small and medium-sized businesses on EU funding programs at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice, Poland. Tom earned a Master of Economics (MSc) from the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland and holds the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) from the CFA Institute.
